~Let Every Heart Prepare Him Room~

15.December.2025

There is a special anticipation that rises in this season, not the hurried rush of lists and plans, but the quiet expectancy that something sacred is drawing near. Christmas invites us into that season. It reminds us that preparation is not only practical, it is deeply spiritual. Let every heart prepare Him room is more than a lyric. It is a posture.

Part of preparing room for Him is preparing room in our hearts for others.

This is the season when we get to pause long enough to notice the people who cross our paths every day. The ones who serve us, greet us, help us, or simply make our lives function smoother without ever asking to be seen. A smile is free. A genuine thank you is free. A moment of eye contact, a warm word, a quiet kindness, costs nothing but carries weight that stays with them and makes an impression. .

These small gestures are not small in the Kingdom. Those gestures reflect the heart of the One who came close to us. The One who stepped into our world with kindness wrapped in humanity. “The one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬. When His light lives in our hearts, He naturally spills out to others.

This week is a beautiful invitation to anticipate not only what God is doing in us, but what He may want to do through us. To think intentionally about the people we can bless, whether it is a barista, a taxi driver, the person who does our nails, the teen who bags our groceries, the attendant at the gas station, or the neighbor who waves from across the street. We do not know the weight they carry, but we do know the power of kindness to lift a soul.

This season is full of preparation, but the most important preparation happens within us. As we slow down enough to see our own hearts, we will see people, and we soften enough to see Him. As we give what is simple, we make space for what is holy. As we love in small ways, our hearts become wide open places where Jesus can dwell.

Let every heart prepare Him room. Starting with yours, and spilling over onto every life you touch today. See you tomorrow.

If this stirs something in your heart and you’ve never said yes to Jesus, or maybe you have, but you know it’s time to come home, can I pray with you right now? Just whisper, “Jesus, I need You. I believe You died for me and rose again. Come into my life, forgive me, lead me. I’m Yours.” That’s it. Everything heaven has been waiting to deliver is already yours the moment you ask.

Welcome to the family, beloved. The package is signed, sealed, and on its way.
