When I first started writing, I didn’t intend for this to be a series. It was supposed to be one post. But just like a rollercoaster that starts with one climb and keeps building momentum, the flow of the Spirit didn’t stop, and I couldn’t stop until the story was complete.
Looking back, I see how it unfolded. It began with the picture of the rollercoaster, a reminder that I’ve never been afraid of them. I love the speed, the drops, the rises, and even the spray of water on the water rides. Rollercoasters have always represented for me the thrill of risk, the courage to face what looks intimidating, and the safety that comes from being strapped in. And that’s what faith feels like: not reckless, but a calculated risk where God Himself is the Designer. Every twist and turn has a purpose.
From there, God invited me into obedience, making a choice that didn’t look safe but was exactly what He asked. That first step reminded me that safety is never about comfort zones, but about being exactly where He leads.
Then He drew me deeper knowing that it’s not enough to just know the Scriptures (logos), but to let them come alive inside me (rhema). It was like silencing the noise so that His voice could rise above everything else, steady and sure.
Next came the reminder to speak out, to confess what I believe, not just resist the enemy. And most recently, God pressed on my heart the power of choosing, that faith is not about feelings, but about aligning my will with His.
Each step has been building, just like the ride itself: obedience keeps us safe in His will, revelation makes the Word alive in us, confession enforces God’s promises in our lives and what we choose determines whether we will live in His perfect plan.
This is how faith operates. Even though it looks like a formula, it’s not. It’s a relationship, walking hand in hand with the One who is always faithful.
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” ~Joshua 1:9~
And so, I close this series with gratitude—because what began with a rollercoaster has shown me that faith is about choosing life, choosing His ways, and trusting Him with each step. God knows the path He has prepared for us, but He calls us to decide: life or death, blessing or cursing. As Deuteronomy 30:19 says, “I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your children may live.” When we align our choices with His plan, we step forward with confidence and momentum, trusting Him even when the ride feels unpredictable.
One final consideration, I leave you with the song “Great Is Thy Faithfulness.” May it remind you, as it reminds me, that no matter the season, His mercies are new every morning, and His faithfulness never fails.

~ Dear Heavenly Father ~
Thank You for sending Jesus to die on the Cross just for me. I admit that I have sinned, and I repent. I ask You to forgive me. I believe that He died and rose again. Right now, I make Him the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. My sins are washed away, my past is forgiven, and my future is bright. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ Name Amen.
Make today count and see you tomorrow.
