The heart of this blog is simple and eternal, that you would know Him. Not just know about Him, but truly know Him, daily, hourly, minute by minute. If you do not yet know Jesus, my deepest prayer is that you come to know Him, and that you do not delay. Scripture tells us we are living in what is called the last days before the return of Jesus Christ. “Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.” Revelation 3:11 NKJV
There is nothing more vital in our lives, in our families, or in our love than knowing Him and putting Him first in everything. Until He is enough, nothing else will ever satisfy, not your marriage, your family, your career, or even your volunteer work. Nothing else will do.
If you already have accepted Jesus, or if you are newly accepting Him, it is essential that you grow in truly knowing Him on a daily basis. Relationship with Him is not secondary, it is foundational. Everything else flows from that place.
Some posts on this blog do not include a prayer of salvation, so I am including it here in case this is the only page you ever see. This matters more than any word I will ever write, that you personally know where you stand for eternity.
See, the most important theology is not the one you believe, it’s the one that you practice. When you put into practice what the Bible says you can have, the Word of the God grows mighty and prevails in you.
If you’ve never surrendered to Jesus, or if you have strayed, it’s not too late. He is waiting to renew and restore you. Come to Him or return to Him today and say this out loud:
Dear Heavenly Father ~ Thank You for sending Jesus to die on the Cross just for me. I admit that I have sinned, and I repent. I ask You to forgive me. I believe that He died and rose again. Right now, I make Him the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. My sins are washed away, my past is forgiven, and my future is bright. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ Name Amen.
