~Unshakeable Confidence~

“And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that iif we ask anything according to his will he hears us. ~1 John 5:14 ESV‬‬~

There is a kind of trust that doesn’t flinch.

Not when the bills stack up.
Not when the answer hasn’t come.
Not when the silence lasts longer than expected.
Not even when the request feels too big… or too small.

This is the kind of trust that says,
“I know Him.”
I know He’s faithful.
I know He sees.
I know He provides.
I know He wants to be asked.

God isn’t overwhelmed by what’s pressing on your heart.
He isn’t tightfisted.
He isn’t measuring your worthiness.

He’s a good Father—and you are His child.
A child with full, unrestricted access.
Not just to His ear… but to His heart.

And if only you could hear how He talks about you…

“Ask Me anything,” He whispers. “Even that. Yes, even now. I want to show you how I care for you.” ~2 Peter 1:3~ The scripture says “all things that pertain to life…” He goes on to say “and godliness,” but the combination of those two words has to do with all things which will include things we simply enjoy but not necessarily need.

But sometimes we hesitate.
We talk ourselves out of bold prayers.
We’re afraid of disappointment.
We feel selfish.
We wonder if it’s “too much.”
But confidence isn’t arrogance
It’s agreement.
It’s trust—
Not in the outcome,
But in who He is.Sometimes we hesitate. We talk ourselves out of bold prayers because we don’t want to be disappointed, or we feel selfish, or we wonder if it’s “too much.” But confidence isn’t arrogance—it’s agreement. It’s a trust that’s built not on outcomes, but on who He is.

He’s the One who said, “Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.” ~Jeremiah 33:3~

When you really believe that He loves you—
Radically.
Completely.
Unconditionally.
Without flinching—
Confidence comes naturally.

Prayer becomes less about performance, and more about partnership.

You can ask.
You should ask.

Ask for wisdom.
Ask for provision.
Ask for multiplication.
Clarity.
Open doors.
Creative ideas.
Peace in the chaos.
Divine connections.
Breakthroughs beyond your imagination.

And ask with confidence
Not because you’ve earned it.
But because Jesus did.

And you can ask it all with confidence—not because you’ve earned the right, but because Jesus did.

  • What have you been hesitant to ask Him for?
  • Do you believe He delights in your increase, your joy, your wholeness?
  • Are you praying based on your need, or on His nature?

Father, I believe You love me deeply, unconditionally, and personally. I trust that You want to provide—not just for my needs, but also for the desires of my heart. Help me walk in bold confidence, trusting not in my own ability, but in Your goodness.

Today I ask ________, knowing You hear me and delight to respond. Thank You for being my Provider, my Father, and my Friend.
