Day 4: Come by Faith

We can’t come before the Lord based on our feelings. Sometimes we feel spiritual. Other times we don’t. Our access to Him isn’t based on how we feel—it’s based on what we believe.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” ~2 Corinthians 5:7~

Faith is what God responds to. Not perfection. Not passion. Not eloquence. Faith. Faith says, “Jesus, I believe You’re real. Father, I believe You’re good. And I Holy Spirit, I believe You’re here.” Even if the situation doesn’t look good. Even if your emotions are all over the place. Even if your prayers feel small.

“And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.” ~Hebrews 11:6 (ESV)~

When you come before Him in faith, you’re saying, “I trust You and who You are, even if I can’t see what You’re doing.” And that kind of faith touches heaven.

Faith doesn’t just believe in God. Faith believes God, His Word, His promises, and His character. Faith draws near expecting that He will answer, that He will speak, that He will meet you.

Father, I come today not because I feel strong, but because I believe in You. Strengthen my faith. Help me to trust You more than what I see, more than what I feel. I believe You are near, and I choose to draw near in faith. It’s my responsibility to believe, it’s your responsibility to believe.

What are you believing God for right now? In what area of your life do you need to walk by faith and not by sight. Are you ready? On your mark, get set, GO!

If you’ve never given your life to Jesus— or if you’ve walked away, trying to do life your own way-it’s not too late. He’s calling you back. He’s been waiting.

Return to Him today. Surrender your plans, your pain, and your past. He’s ready to restore, renew, and realign you with your divine purpose.

~ Dear Heavenly Father~

Thank You for sending Jesus to die on the Cross just for me. I admit that I have sinned, and I repent. I ask You to forgive me. I believe that He died and rose again. Right now, I make Him the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. My sins are washed away, my past is forgiven, and my future is bright. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ Name Amen.
