Part 4a: The Real Ammo – The Word and the Blood
You don’t bring confetti to a war-zone. You bring fire. You bring ammo. You bring weapons that work.
We’ve spent the last few posts exposing the enemy’s armor—his deception, fear, pride, and temptation. Now, it’s time to flip the battlefield.

It’s time to fire back.
“The weapons we use are not human ones. Our weapons have power from God and can destroy the enemy’s strong places. We destroy people’s arguments,”
2 Corinthians 10:4 ERV
The first weapon we’ll talk about is the Word which is your sword.
The Word of God is not poetry, it’s a weapon.
It is your blade. It cuts through lies, pierces the darkness, and sets the record straight.
“Take the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.” ~Ephesians 6:17 (NLT)~
When Jesus was in the wilderness, He didn’t whisper the Word. He declared it.
“It is written…” (Matthew 4:4)
If the Son of God needed to speak the Word to shut the enemy down, how much more do we?
Our second weapon is the blood of Jesus which is our covering.
The blood doesn’t beg. It speaks. It proclaims your sin forgiven, your debt paid, and your accuser defeated.
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony…” ~Revelation 12:11 (NKJV)~
“Yet now he has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body.” ~Colossians 1:22 (NLT)~
The blood of Jesus shuts down guilt, shame, and condemnation. It is heaven’s legal receipt: hell has no claim on you.
I’d like to challenge us to do a few things: Write out one lie you’ve believe, and declare truth over it using scripture; thank God for the blood and what it purchased for you, and speak those scriptures out loud today over your life.
If you’ve never given your life to Jesus— or if you’ve walked away, trying to do life your own way-it’s not too late. He’s calling you back. He’s been waiting.
Return to Him today. Surrender your plans, your pain, and your past. He’s ready to restore, renew, and realign you with your divine purpose.
~ Dear Heavenly Father ~
Thank You for sending Jesus to die on the Cross just for me. I admit that I have sinned, and I repent. I ask You to forgive me. I believe that He died and rose again. Right now, I make Him the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. My sins are washed away, my past is forgiven, and my future is bright. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ Name Amen.
Make today count and see you tomorrow.
