“It’s dangerous not to walk in the light that you have.” Author Unknown

Now, any man claiming to walk in the “light” of understanding women might want to double-check his flashlight batteries, because these aren’t truths, they’re more like emotional landmines dressed up as lies.
Sometimes a lie is obvious…and sometimes it just wears a little lipstick and calls itself “Fine.” Wrong, And then there are the quiet ones. The things left unsaid. The silent treatments, the Knowing looks, the carefully chosen answers without words. They might not make it onto a plaque, but make no mistake…those too can be lies. Not speaking the truth is still hiding it. And God doesn’t tolerate that nonsense.
“These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: A proud look, A lying tongue…” Proverbs 6:16-17 NKJV
All of it, whether it’s loud and sarcastic or whispered in omission, is deception dressed up in attitude, fear, or pride. And the Word is clear: God hates lies, in every form. So we should too. Not just the obvious ones, but the subtle ones…even the ones we tell ourselves.
Truth matters.
Even when it’s hard.
Even when it costs.
Especially then.
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32 NKJV
Ask the Lord to search your heart today. What truths have you been dodging, especially the ones you only think.
Tomorrow: Hearing His voice and obey without hesitation.
