~ A Steadfast Love That Anchors ~

29.May.2025

He is our Lighthouse!

“We have this [hope] as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whoever steps out upon it—a hope] that reaches farther and enters into [the very certainty of the Presence] within the veil.” ~ Hebrews 6:19 AMPC ~

“It is because of the Lord’s mercy and loving-kindness that we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great and abundant is Your stability and faithfulness. The Lord is my portion or share, says my living being (my inner self); therefore will I hope in Him and wait expectantly for Him.” ~ Lamentations 3:22–24 AMPC ~

A.W. Tozer once said, “His love is the anchor when everything else is adrift.”

In a world constantly shifting, where emotions, relationships, and circumstances can change in a moment, only one thing remains unshakably secure: the love of God.

When we recognize Jesus not only as Savior, but also as Lord, our lighthouse, and our guide, we step into the full security of His authority. He is not distant or passive. He backs us up as believers, anchoring us in storms and giving us power to stand firm. His Word, His Spirit, and His promises are unbreakable chains tethering us to eternal hope.

Even when everything around us seems uncertain, His love remains. It holds us. It steadies us. It reminds us who we are and whose we are.

Let His love be your anchor today. Don’t drift, hold fast to Him.

Is Jesus your anchor, or are you trying to weather the storm alone? Identify Him today as your source, your Lord, and your unshakable guide, and receive the authority and peace He freely gives.

If you have not committed your life to Jesus, or you have walked away from Him doing your own thing, I invite you to come back to Him today.

~ Dear Heavenly Father ~

Thank You for sending Jesus to die on the Cross just for me. I admit that I have sinned, and I repent. I ask You to forgive me. I believe that He died and rose again. Right now, I make Him the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. My sins are washed away, my past is forgiven, and my future is bright. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ Name Amen.

Make today count and see you tomorrow.
