~ Loved Before Time Began ~

02.May.2025

May brings a sense of newness, blossoming, and fresh hope. This month, I want to dive deeper into understanding God’s love—for you and for me. This week, we’ll start by exploring the foundation of that love. I hope you enjoy the little nuggets of insight I come across along the way.

“Just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,” Ephesians‬ ‭1‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Have you ever stopped to consider that He knew you before time even began—before what we understand as “time” even existed? (Psalm 90:4–5 reminds us that He exists outside of it entirely.) That truth alone should stir our hearts to draw near to Him, longing for deep intimacy with the One who imagined us, created us, and longs to be our everything.

“The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.” Jeremiah‬ ‭31‬:‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

God loves me, and He loves you, with a love far greater than any love we’ve ever experienced on this earth. Just take a moment and let that sink in…

“Long before you were conceived by your parents, you were conceived in the mind of God.” ~ Rick Warren ~

If you have not committed your life to Jesus, or you have walked away from Him doing your own thing, I invite you to come back to Him today.

~ Dear Heavenly Father ~

Thank You for sending Jesus to die on the Cross just for me. I admit that I have sinned, and I repent. I ask You to forgive me. I believe that He died and rose again. Right now, I make Him the Lord of my life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. My sins are washed away, my past is forgiven, and my future is bright. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ Name Amen.

Make today count and see you tomorrow.
