~ They Are On Your Mind… ~

26.April.2025

When someone you love is walking a path that feels far from the light, a deep and tender concern rises within you, not from a place of judgment, but from love. It’s a quiet ache, an unspoken prayer woven through your days, a longing too profound for simple words. You carry their eternal destination in your heart, wishing you could shield them, guide them, awaken them to His love for them and hope you know could heal and redeem them.

You feel a sacred urgency, not to control, but to see them truly free. Every glance, every memory, every small conversation becomes an opportunity to plant seeds of grace and mercy. Even in your concern for their eternity, your love remains patient, trusting that the same God who pursues your heart is also gently, persistently pursuing theirs.

It’s a burden heavy with hope, carried with tears, prayers, and a fierce belief that no one is ever too far gone for redemption. Remember, the burden is His to carry, not ours (1 Peter 5:7). We are to be faithful to pray and speak the Word over them. In the book of Ephesians, we find what many refer to as the “Ephesians Prayer,” based on Ephesians 1:15–23 and Ephesians 3:14–21. I’d like to share with you a version my pastors wrote of this prayer:

~ Dear Heavenly Father, ~

I ask You to give ________________________ a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. I pray that the eyes of their heart see and understand what You have called them to be and do.

Help them to know the richness of Your inheritance for them and to know the magnificent greatness of Your power that is available to work in them. This is the same power that You utilized when You raised Jesus from the dead and sat Him at Your right side in heaven far above every ruler and authority and power and every name not only in this world but the world to come.

I ask You to send laborers across their path to minister the truth of the gospel to them so that they will receive all Jesus did for them and begin to understand this great love You have for them. In Jesus’ name

If you have not committed your life to Jesus, or you have walked away from Him doing your own thing, I invite you to come back to Him today.

Heavenly Father,

I admit that I have sinned and need Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose from the dead. I confess Jesus as my Lord and Savior and invite Him into my heart. My past is forgiven, sins are washed away and my future is bright. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ Name Amen.

This song was shared with me over a year ago, and it quickly became my most-played song on Apple Music for the year. I hope it blesses you and lifts you higher.
